Brolite started with that idea when we began manufacturing natural sours and butter cultures over 75 years ago. We have continued the tradition of the perfect blend and applied that concept to other specialty ingredients: grain blends, dough improvers, mixes & bases, and stabilizers. And yes, we’re still creating new sours and fermented flavors to meet the ever changing demands of the market.
